Cuticle softening is an integral part of a professional manicure / pedicure service. Directions: Apply desired amount to cuticle with cotton or cotton-tipped swab. Next with the aid of a cuticle stick, gently loosen a cuticle. Wash with soap and water. Gently press each cuticle with towel and pat dry.
