Last week, the OPI Expert Touch Lacquer Remover was flying off the shelves faster than a toupee in a windstorm! I heard it removes nail lacquer fast, while hydrating and nourishing cuticles. It's no wonder it was such a hot seller last week! Plus it has expert in the name, so it has to be good, right?!...but what do I know, I'm just a shipping guy!
