Instead of the dramatic, contrasting colors that ombre provides, balayage is a subtle, more natural sun-kissed look. Balayage is actually a french word meaning "to swoop" or "to paint," which creates a softer, beautiful and almost all-natural look. With summer rapidly approaching, a lot of your clients are going to want lighter hair... especially since celebrities like Lana Del Rey and Khloe Kardashian have been seen sporting it!
