Don't get too exited, it's beneficial qualities lie in using it in skin care, not in eating cake.

There are different types of sugar you can use, each with slightly different results. White sugar is gentler than salt scrubs, brown sugar is gentler than white sugar (and smells delicious!)....two great options for those clients with extra sensitive skin! What's even better....sugar won't irritate freshly shaved skin! How many times have you or your clients, without thinking, used a salt scrub after shaving; you'd think with that kind of burn we'd remember!
Another great thing about using sugar is you can add essential oils, extracts and even vitamins. Many client's have seen great success mixing fruity scents to market the treatment as a sweet treat.
