Educating Your Clients with Anatomical Charts

We've all heard the saying at some point in our lives, "knowledge is power". This is an accurate statement as long as the correct information is being relayed and learned.

For massage therapists, many times people don't understand the systems of the body affected by manual therapies. They also don't generally understand how a spot underneath their shoulder blade can be the cause of their neck pain and look at you sideways when you try to explain a trigger point.

A great way to help your clients understand their bodies and how massage works with the body's own systems is through anatomical charts. There are wall charts and table charts that are great to use while you explain things to your clients.
