Skin goals... we all have them! Whoever your client is, and no matter what brought them to you, you want to ensure they are happy with their results... right?

How are you educating your clients? The consultation is so important! Before an esthetician even touches a client, they already have an idea of your skin type. By sitting down and talking about a clients skin goals, you are learning how you can help them. Everybody has different goals, and the experience is completely individual!

We have some helpful tools that will elevate your consultation, and show your clients the benefits of their facial.

1) Use a Wood's Lamp! My pick is the Wood's Lamp by Equipro.

'Tis the Season to Educate and Exfoliate

Whether you are a business owner, esthetician, wax specialist, or really anything- maintaining healthy skin is VITAL to your business. Why?

If a client is not educated they are most likely going to blame the technician.

Extra Extra! What Extras Do YOU Use To Gain Your Clients' Loyalty?

It's no secret, especially in this industry that it is the little things that are important. So much so that your client retention can depend on those little things. Offering little extras to your clients can mean the difference between them coming back to you, or seeing what your competition is doing.

Everyone wants and likes to feel special, your clients are especially. You are in a unique position to make them feel beautiful inside and out. I've mentioned before that showing your clients you care about them as a person, can be the difference between a spa hopper and a life long relationship.

It could be something as little gifts like a sample from the amazing Control Corrective line! Pay attention to your conversations with clients, note important events or likes on their profile or service card.
