More Money, Less Time - Do You Eco Fin?

Are you looking for that something extra luxurious to make your clients feel spoiled?

Do you want them to get the 5 star VIP, all-you-can-eat steak and lobster dinner treatment, without it costing them thousands of dollars, or taking an entire day?

Do you want your clients to spend slightly more for that extra special service and have it potentially double the profit without taking any extra time?

For less than $100 (and no, not $99.99), you can be offering that treatment. For less than $1.60 cost per treatment, you could add this treatment on to almost any service a client is there for (I'm also looking at you med spas and dental offices!)

Did I mention this treatment has 100% natural emollients and pure essential oils? Oh, and it has no petroleum products, no synthetic fragrances, and no chemical dyes. It's also Eco-friendly, people-friendly and is biodegradable.

Curious yet?

A quick warning first...This may cause your clients to ooze with comfort and relaxation while getting this. Their skin will feel silky smooth after (exfoliate gently before for some added oohs and aahs from the client on the results) and they'll be hooked.

If you haven't already gone back to Pure Spa Direct and checked this unicorn out, it's time for you to meet Eco-Fin

If you are already planning your marketing, click here for the starter kit that has everything you need to hit the ground running ahead of your competition.

Mid-Summer Facial Idea: Aloe Vera

Mid-summer can be the perfect time to change up your spa menu! Summer isn't quite over yet, but it may be a bit too early to start adding Fall treatments. If you're all out of ideas on spicing up your spa's offerings to lure your customers in, we have a great Pure Collagen Fiber Face Mask with Aloe Vera that you might want to consider! It's great for mid-summer, because this mask is infused with aloe which heals dry, sensitive and sun-damaged skin for your clients who have been at the beach all summer long. I'm sure they're going to want to start healing their summer skin in preparation for fall, and now is the time to add this service.

Aloe vera has been used for quite sometime (centuries, even), and is known as the plant of immortality due to its youth enhancing properties. It is technically a cactus plant. The aloe vera leaf secretes a clear gel that is used to apply topically on the skin. This gel contains minerals, polysaccharides, amino acids and carbohydrates which makes it extremely healing, anti-inflammatory, and supports the regeneration of damaged skin. The mask also contains collagen fiber which helps to retain moisture and create a more youthful appearance. I'm sure your clients will be thanking you once the Fall comes around for healing their sun-kissed skin!

It's Not Just Slime! The Beauty Benefits of Algae

Algae is commonly seen as that annoying, gross slime that we try to remove from our pools each year. However, did you know that tons of beauty products are actually loaded with it ? But waiiit!.. before you go running to your spa pantry to impulsively throw away all of your products, let's take a look at the benefits this seemingly gross sludge actually has to offer! According to an article I read on it, there are plenty. Since beach season is on the horizon, you might want to consider adding an algae face mask treatment to your spa! It's a great seasonal treatment your clients will love.

What are the beautifying benefits of algae? Check them out below!

Anti-aging
Due to its high protein and fatty acid content, algae can help boost collagen production which keeps the skin elastic and firm - all characteristics of youth, which can help in anti-aging. We have a great Seaweed Algae Peel Off Mask by Pour Elle Labs which can be an effective product to use during an algae facial treatment at your spa.

Hydrating

Because algae is a plant and water-based by nature, its components can help to moisturize and even purify the skin. This can also reduce the appearance of fine lines an wrinkles because of its strong hydrating properties.

Anti-bacterial

Research has found that blue-green algae has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which makes it effective in treating your clients who are prone to acne, eczema, and even psoriasis! To get started on your algae facial treatments, you might want to consider purchasing our Warm Clay and Algae Masque Kit by Amber!

Convinced that this sea plant is more than just annoying green pool stuff?! Click here to see all of our algae products to get your spa prepared for a beautifying deep sea treatment just in time for summer :)

Cotton - An Amazing Plant!

I just watched a "How It's Made" episode about cotton and I have a new respect for the fiber. It is an extremely thorough process just to make a simple T-shirt. Following that thought, the Intrinsics Cotton Roll was a popular item this week and I'm sure for many weeks to come. I tip my hat to you, cotton plant... why? I have no idea... I'm just a shipping guy! See our great Intrinsics Cotton Roll selection HERE!
