June is National Migraine Awareness Month!

June is National Migraine Awareness Month and as a migraine sufferer, having a business or therapist that has the right tools to help, is a lifesaver!

From the throbbing head pain, stiff/sore neck, and nausea to name are just some of the most common headache issues that you can help your clients with.

Here are a few of our best selling headache and migraine relief items to help you alleviate your clients pain!

Miracle Migraine Aromatherapy - I use one of these blends and it worked so well that I carry it in my bag along with my Biofreeze roll on. You never know when a migraine will hit so be sure to retail these!

Core Headache Ice Pillow - another item I use when any type of headache hits. The unique design allows the cold to hit right under the base of the skull!

Therapearl Hot & Cold - Eye-ssential Pack / Blue

Cold Stones and Hot Stones - ask your clients what helps them! For me, cold always helps but for some, heat could do the trick!

Ginger or Peppermint Tea for nausea

Epsom Salt - sometimes a hot bath with epsom salts can calm everything down!

Advertising migraine specials in June is a great way to bring in new clients, have clients try something new and give you the opportunity to have a huge impact on your clients life, that they may not have known you could help with!

Baby Magic Globes - Retail, Travel or Treatment

If your clients are like me, traveling can be a bloat buster. I don't know if it's salty airport food, the margaritas, fatigue or just water retention, but my face ALWAYS shows the tell tale signs with puffiness on my lower and upper lids. I do use the original magic globes and frozen gel masks when I am home, but it is hard to travel with these unless your hotel has a freezer to keep them icy. So my heart rejoiced when I saw these mini, baby globes!
My Favorite Magic Wands!
Perfect for Retail
Perfect for Travel

These little guys are the perfect size for travel and can be easily chilled, just place them in a glass of ice or ice bucket (every hotel has an ice machine). I usually just order a glass of ice with room service at breakfast, and let the globes chill while eating. In about 10-15 minutes these blue globes are ready to unpack my eye bags. I like to apply facial oil to help with the glide (you never want to pull on the skin) and use a rolling motion the eyes, face neck and temples. Sometimes, I will re-chill the globes and go for a second round of massage after my shower. These little magic mini globes are also great for sinuses, headaches, post waxing and extractions.

Ditch those heavy, puffy eyes... capture that wide eyed look again! Suggested retail price is: $49.99

Ceramic Beauty Globes... as Katy Perry said: "You're hot then you're cold..."

Ceramic Beauty Globes... they make me think of Katy Perry lyrics...
"You're hot then you're cold
You're in then you're out
You're up then you're down
You're yes then you're no"
OK, I'm just being silly, but when we added Ceramic Wonder's Ceramic Beauty Globes and I saw you can use them hot or cold for facials and other treatments, I REALLY was singing that song in my head. Anyway, these amazing easy-to-clean ceramic globes are the ultimate new and innovative therapeutic tools for beauty and health purposes. Their ceramic composition allows them to maintain the desired temperature, whether heated or chilled.

Details:
  • 4 piece set
  • Maintains desired temperature
  • Can be heated or chilled
  • Roll the globes over the entire face and neck for 3-5 minutes
  • Helps to soothe the skin and prevent redness after waxing, electrolysis, or acne treatments
  • Stimulates blood circulation
  • Use during facial massages
  • Great for puffy eyes, headaches, and migraines
  • Helps to set make-up

All that aside, they are made in a 300 year old ceramic factory in Estonia! In the year 1718, Peter the Great visited Tallinn in Estonia and fell in love with the city. So, he decided to build a royal palace for himself and his wife, Katherine. Since mass amounts of bricks were required for the construction, the Russian Tsar ordered that a bricks-producing factory be built in the neighboring island of Koply, where a large natural source of blue clay had been discovered.

This factory is what is known today as the Tallinn Art Ceramic Factory and the Ceramic Beauty Globes are made there... pretty cool! Or maybe just cool to me since I'm just a history geek. :-)

There's magic happening in my warehouse today!

There's magic happening in my warehouse today! And it's not what you think. Of course I'm talking about Magic Globes! These cool little Pyrex glass balls have rubber handles for easy control while contouring the clients' skin. My department ships these globes to spas and resorts every single day!  Our educator tells me that spas love them because estheticians use them to help eliminate redness after waxing, extraction, electrolysis and peels. Freezing them makes an awesome treatment for sinus, puffy eyes, headaches and migraines! Do you want magic in your salon or spa? Get em now! Why doesn't EVERY spa in America have these?  I don't know... I'm just a shipping guy! See our great Magic Globe selection HERE!
