On April 22, aka Earth Day, Aveda will be doing its part for the environment by holding a 24 hour Cut-A-Thon!
According to Modern Salon, 'The goal is to set a Guinness World Records title for raising the most money for charity through hair cuts in a 24-hour period. To help achieve it, guests will be asked to make a donation in return for the perfect haircut."
The charity theme this year is 'supporting clean-water causes.' Since 1999, Aveda has raised over 26 million dollars in Earth Day initiative, and most likely added thousands of new clients in the process.
